My Weekend Shopping With Coupons

On Saturday, I shopped at Target and Walgreens and got all the items shown below for $4.52 not including tax. (Note that you are taxed on your pre-coupon total.)



Here's the breakdown.

Target:

2 Lysol multi-surface cleaner pourables @ $1.99 ea.
Used $1/2 Lysol pourables from 2/6/11 Smart Source insert or 3/6/11 Smart Source insert
= $1.49 each after coupon

Up & Up Mouthwash @ $1.37 ea.
Used $1/1 Up & Up oral care item Target printable
= $0.37 after coupon

3 Nature Valley granola bars (4 pk) @ $1 ea.
Used 3 $0.50/1 Nature Valley granola bars printable or printable
Used $1.50/3 select General Mills items Target printable
= 3 for free after coupons

Kashi TLC cereal bar @ $2.65 ea.
Used $2/1 Kashi product printable available on Recyclebank a few weeks ago
= $0.65 after coupon

Excedrin Extra Strength 20ct @ $3.59 ea.
Used $1/1 Excedrin from 2/27/11 Smart Source insert (some may have gotten $0.75/1)
Used $3/1 Excedrin Target printable
= free + $0.41 overage after coupons

2 Reese's cups @ $0.69 ea.
Used BOGO Reese's Target printable
= $0.69 for two after coupon

Target total = $2.79 not including tax

Walgreens:

3 boxes of Cream of Wheat (3 pk) @ $1 ea.
Used 3 $1/1 Cream of Wheat coupons from 1/9/11 Smart Source insert or printable or printable (these did beep at the register so it is just up to your store if they will take them for this product)
= 3 free

2 Gillette deodorant @ $4.99 ea. (also part of buy 1 get 1 50% promo) and
2 Gillette body wash @ $4.49 ea. (also part of buy 1 get 1 50% promo)
Used 2 Buy One Gillette deodorant, get one Gillette body wash free from 2/27/11 P&G insert
Used $3.50/1 Gillette deodorant coupon that printed from Walgreens register a few weeks ago
= $1.73 for all four or about $0.43 each

Walgreens total = $1.73 not including tax

On Sunday, I got the following pictured items from Walgreens for $4.35 not including tax:

Used $3/2 PediaCare products printable
Used $5/1 select PediaCare products Walgreens in-ad coupon (took off total of $10)
= $0.49 each after coupons when you buy two

2 Old Spice Fresh Collection deodorant @ $4.99 ea. (also part of buy 1 get 1 50% promo)
2 Old Spice Fresh Collection body wash @ $4.49 ea. (also part of buy 1 get 1 50% promo)
Used 2 Buy 1 OS deodorant, get 1 OS body wash free (up to $3.99) from 2/27/11 P&G insert
Used 2 $1/1 Old Spice deodorant from P&G Savings book
= $4.23 for all or around $1.06 each after coupons

Always 34 ct. liners @ $2.99 ea. and get back $2 Register Reward
Used $2/1 Always product that came in mail with Always sample
= $0.99 after coupon plus got back $2 RR

Laffy Taffy as a filler @ $0.15 ea.

Used $2 Register Reward I got last week on Huggies Pull-ups

Final total = $4.35 not including tax and got back a $2 Register Reward for use on future purchase
