These prices may not be at every store, so if you don't live near a Target I wouldn't make a special trip without checking the price first. *I think when you are using stacked coupons at Target, if the price of the item is less than your total after stacked coupons, you should hand over the manufacturer's coupon first and the Target store coupon second.
